NLMK says vplaces $275.9 mln replacement bonds

MOSCOW, Dec 29 (PRIME) -- Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) has placed U.S. $275.9 million replacement bonds, as seen by PRIME in the company’s materials on Friday.

The bonds will replace the Eurobonds that mature in May 2026 and the rights to which by the Russian depositories.
